My first attempt to roast my own char siew, though I used ready made sauces. Next attempt will be with raw ingredients. The oven isn't really working in my apartment though, so I had to roast it in my colleague/neighbours apartment :P
Again, it was nothing close to the ones in KL but it'll do at the moment. At least it's better than the ones I had in Chinatown, where they didn't really lace it with honey when roasting.
